The Sea Firefly
Kisarazu, aka "The Sea Firefly," is a floating fortress in the middle of the Tokyo Bay. Among other things, it houses a bioresearch facility - also where Dr. Sakagami Yukko is researching the F-Virus and she contacts the Shouran Academy from here.
